Nuclos Open Source ERP expands to Berlin

Opening of a branch in the capital and expansion of the team / High demand for flexible and cost-effective business software

Berlin/Sauerlach, May 28, 2015 – Nuclos Open Source ERP(www.nuclos.de) is expanding and has opened a branch in Berlin. Until now, the manufacturer Novabit has supported users from its headquarters in Sauerlach near Munich or with local project teams. With the office in Berlin, the company is now shortening distances and thus improving service for users in northern, central and eastern Germany. The availability of qualified IT specialists also played an important role in the choice of location: six Nuclos employees are already on site, and the team in the capital is to be almost doubled by the end of the year. The company is looking for IT professionals with in-depth knowledge of Java and Angular JS to implement projects based on Nuclos and to further develop the software.

In demand: Flexible ERP modular system for individual business processes

With Nuclos Open Source ERP, companies can implement software solutions very easily, flexibly and cost-effectively. These include, for example, individual merchandise management systems, applications for purchasing and sales, order processing, customer management, warehouse management as well as production planning and execution. The free ERP toolkit provides generic mechanisms with which you can map any individual business processes in a company software. This grows with your requirements at any time and can be easily adapted if necessary. Nuclos is one of the most widely used open source ERP systems in the German-speaking world. Around ten percent of DAX companies, a large number of companies in all sectors of the upper midmarket as well as SMEs and start-ups work with the ERP toolkit.

“Companies should not force their individual processes, which often give them a competitive advantage, into a corset. We offer an open source solution that allows them to free themselves from the limitations of standard software,” says Ramin Göttlich, Managing Partner of Novabit. “The steadily increasing demand for applications based on our modular ERP system confirms that we are on the right track. With the opening of the new location, we are continuing to drive forward the spread of this idea and our software.”
