Novabit wins Richard Heinrich as a member of the advisory board
With Richard Heinrich, Novabit has gained a valuable member for the newly established company advisory board. Heinrich is a founding and former board member of SHS Viveon AG.
Sauerlach (Munich), August 29, 2007 – Novabit Informationssysteme GmbH, a young and dynamic software company with locations in Sauerlach and Ratingen, is on course for expansion. With currently 35 highly qualified employees, Novabit is optimally prepared for the future and is now bringing additional know-how into the company in the form of the recently founded company advisory board. The software company has already gained a valuable member for the advisory board in Richard Heinrich, founder and former board member of SHS Viveon AG.

The advisory board will support Novabit in strategic management and corporate governance issues. The other members of the advisory board will also have extensive management experience and many years of industry knowledge. Computer scientist Richard Heinrich was a member of the Management Board of SHS Viveon AG (formerly SHS AG) for nine years, where he was primarily responsible for operations.
