Employee data and vacation requests are maintained centrally, ensuring that absences, responsibilities and resource planning remain transparent at all times. The close integration with projects and time recording ensures that personnel information is automatically incorporated into work and service schedules.

All relevant master data is managed centrally. Roles, responsibilities and qualifications can be accessed at any time, allowing teams to be managed efficiently and projects to be staffed optimally.

Time recording

Time recording is a central component of the project and service area. Services and working hours can be recorded on mobile devices, on the desktop or via integrated time clock processes. Project

Project management in Nuclos enables the structured planning, control and billing of projects or service assignments. Tasks, tickets and projects can be managed centrally, progress can be tracked and resources can be allocated in a targeted manner. The integration of personnel and time recording data creates an end-to-end process that optimizes both internal workflows and customer interactions.

Projects can be mapped hierarchically, milestones can be set and budgets can be defined. Progress is automatically updated based on recorded times and task status, allowing project managers to make informed decisions at any time.

Individual tasks can be created, assigned and their status monitored at any time. Optionally, automatic notifications can be created directly from the system.

Project managers can immediately see which personnel resources are currently available for each project.
