A special feature: the IT managers at knoell have developed their own web-based user interface that is compatible with Nuclos, which is no problem thanks to the openness and flexibility of Nuclos.

Automation of complex, cross-border processes
In order to transparently map cross-location business processes, taking into account country-specific features, the company needs a powerful ERP solution. This must be compliant with the principles for the proper management and storage of books, records and documents in electronic form and for data access (GoBD). The solution should also offer maximum user-friendliness and flexibility. By simplifying and automating these complex processes, knoell has been able to speed up its invoicing process by up to 40 percent.

The ERP software also provides valuable support in personnel management: for example, the recording of working hours and absences is significantly simplified. This means that different absence postings, for example in hours or minutes, can be made correctly in the individual countries depending on national law. In addition, work balance overviews and reports for employees, supervisors, controlling and the HR department can now be made much more transparent. Another advantage: all legal units at knoell can work in an integrated system, which significantly increases process efficiency. Last but not least, the high degree of automation reduces the maintenance effort for certain data structures and input fields.
