XRechnung is an XML-based standard format for electronic invoices that was specially developed for exchange with public clients in Germany. It ensures compliance with the European standard EN 16931 and enables structured and automated processing of invoice data.
ZUGFeRD (Zentraler User Guide des Forums elektronische Rechnung Deutschland) combines a machine-readable XML data format with a human-readable PDF/A-3 file. This hybrid format facilitates the exchange of invoices between business partners, regardless of whether they use electronic or manual processes.
Nuclos supports the creation and processing of electronic invoices with special Nuclets. This enables the generation of invoices in XML format (XRechnung) and in PDF/A-3 format (ZUGFeRD). It also offers functions for validating and displaying invoices in HTML.
