All Nuclos modules can be used independently, are interchangeable and can be combined. As an open source ERP, Nuclos is open source; individual modules can be easily developed and integrated by us, by you or by third parties.
We have bundled the most frequently required ERP modules in our Nuclos basic system to simplify installation and operation. They represent the merchandise management processes that are often at the heart of retail companies’ needs. They can be customized without programming experience and are pre-installed in Nuclos Cloud instances. You can test all functionalities immediately in our demo.
More than a CRM
All information about your own company, external partners, customers and much more is recorded and managed in the master data module. As the central link for merchandise management, almost all information in the basic system can be viewed from here.
Simplified time recording and vacation
In addition to employee management, the HR module offers extensive options for recording working hours, making it easier to comply with the Working Hours Act. Vacation requests can also be created, changed and approved entirely in the system.
Create quotes and invoices quickly
Creating quotes and invoices can take up a lot of working time without specialized software. With customized and automated processes, quotes and invoices are created in just a few clicks and reminders are automated.
Centralized control of different storage locations
Which components are stored where and since when? With Nuclos open source warehouse management, you can find out immediately whether stocks are being optimally used and distributed. In addition, the inventory management module makes the annual stocktaking easier as a clear and comprehensible contact point.
All accounts at a glance
The central booking system in Nuclos ERP simplifies accounting through comprehensible standardization. With extensive APIs, e.g. for DATEV and ZUGFeRD, accounting data can also be easily prepared for tax consulting and auditing.
Orders and invoices in one place
Nuclos streamlines ordering processes in the long term by mapping applications, confirmations, delivery times and goods receipt in a single process. This means that all relevant information is immediately accessible and collaboration between purchasing and other departments is automatically coordinated.
Properties, quantity, availability
Direct overview of all items processed in the company: keep an eye on how prices, consumption, stock and many other aspects are developing. Batches can also be used to monitor production processes. This allows potential problems to be quickly identified and isolated.
Customize Nuclos independently
Customize dialogs, define selection options, add form fields: With the admin tools, you can turn Nuclos into your own system without any programming knowledge. This allows you to optimize the ERP perfectly for your internal processes at no additional cost.
