Connecting company processes efficiently
Nuclos provides a modular, clearly structured integration architecture that is designed to map data flows in companies in a stable, fast and transparent way. For developers, this means consistent APIs, predictable behavior, clean data models and a system that can be integrated into any existing IT landscape without proprietary hurdles.
Whether standard integration or a complex process chain – Nuclos offers you the technical basis for building reliable, secure and future-proof integrations.
The generic REST API from Nuclos forms the central entry point for integrations. It enables read and write access to all modeled objects in the system and follows a uniform schema. Standardized endpoints for GET, POST, PUT and DELETE allow flexible access, which is suitable for microservices and middleware as well as for mobile applications or external portals. The API is generated directly from the configuration, making it consistent, extensible and easy to test.
Nuclos supports both XRechnung and ZUGFeRD for electronic invoicing. Import and export can be fully automated and enable legally compliant processing of invoices, which is particularly relevant for companies with high invoice volumes or public clients.
The DATEV interface enables a structured exchange of master data and documents. Nuclos generates all necessary files in the correct DATEV format so that documents and posting information can be transferred without additional transformation steps. This reduces manual effort and ensures clean transfers in financial accounting.
Email integrations in Nuclos enable the automated generation and sending of messages directly from the system. Invoices, notifications or status updates can thus be sent and tracked directly from processes.
For the financial sector, Nuclos offers interfaces for account reconciliation, direct debits and transfers. Data is validated, transferred securely and processed automatically, allowing digital financial processes to be mapped consistently and efficiently.
EDIFact integration supports the standardized exchange of messages with suppliers and logistics partners, for example for orders, shipping notifications or invoices. This information can be seamlessly integrated into purchasing, warehouse or production processes and ensures automated, reliable workflows.
Webshops such as Shopify or WooCommerce can be easily connected to Nuclos. Orders, customer data, stock levels and status information flow automatically in both directions and enable clean omnichannel operation without additional synchronization efforts.
Thanks to the connection to logistics service providers such as DHL, UPS or Schenker, shipping processes can be controlled directly from Nuclos. Shipping labels, tracking numbers and delivery information are available in the system and can be integrated directly into existing processes.
Scanner connections enable the use of barcode and QR code scanners for warehousing, production or sales. Incoming and outgoing goods and stock movements can be recorded and automatically booked in real time.
PDA devices can be connected directly to Nuclos for production data acquisition. Feedback on work processes, times, material consumption or machine statuses are transferred to the system precisely and without delay and are available for production planning or evaluations.
Nuclos is completely open and API-first. Custom integrations, industry interfaces or special devices can be added quickly and cost-effectively. The result is a system that adapts flexibly to existing process landscapes and remains expandable in the long term.
