The start-up package allows you to get started directly with a fully functional ERP system without a costly implementation project. Nuclos is set up for you, central processes can be used immediately and all important interfaces are connected. This means you can be working productively within a short time.
You receive a ready-to-use ERP system based on Nuclos, which maps your central business processes and can be used directly. The scope of services specifically includes
Central modules & integrations are set up directly as part of the starter package:
– Modules for order management, purchasing & finance
– Modules for warehousing & material stocks
– Modules for master data & personnel management
– DATEV connection
– Interface for e-invoicing (ZUGFeRD / XRechnung)

This means that basic commercial processes are fully mapped.
Once you have placed your order, your environment will be fully set up within a maximum of two weeks. You then have an immediately usable system at your disposal. Four hours of support are also included, which you can use as you wish.
There is a one-off charge of €3,900 plus VAT for the system, provision, setup and support. Payment in installments over 12 months is possible.
The Nuclos Cloud can be operated from €39/month plus VAT.
The system remains customizable, later changes are possible at any time and can be easily billed via hourly quotas. Here too, we work at a fixed price with no surprises or hidden costs. You deliberately start lean, but without any restrictions in terms of flexibility.

Before a system is developed, requirements must be clearly defined. That is why we offer a joint specification phase at the start of the project at a fixed price of €3,800 plus VAT if you do not yet have your own specification.

Every project is individual. Typically, ERP implementations range from €25,000 – €75,000 plus VAT, depending on the scope, complexity and required interfaces. You always receive our offers as a fixed price; payment in installments over 12, 24 or 36 months is possible as an option.

Independent and with full control: Nuclos is freely available as open source software. You can use the low-code toolbox independently and set up and operate your system independently. The community version is aimed at companies and developers who want to model and implement their processes themselves.
Note: This is not an ERP system that is immediately ready for productive use, but the core of Nuclos with all its tools.
Services can also be flexibly supplemented when using the community version. Support is provided via hourly quotas, which you can use to draw on our know-how and implementation expertise where it makes sense for your system.
Among other things, we support you in the design and modeling of your processes, the implementation of individual requirements, the integration of external systems and ongoing support. This means that your system remains flexible and can be expanded as required without the need for a complete project.
Acceptance takes place in agreed quotas of at least 4 hours.
