Trade fair logistics | claims management | partner connection
Rhenus AL Ingolstadt GmbH uses Nuclos ERP to manage around 340,000 items for the global trade fair and event appearances of a major car manufacturer. Complex processes such as approval processes, repair cycles, claims settlement or the reavailability of repaired items are digitalized throughout. External partners such as stand builders or suppliers are also integrated via the web-based Nuclos client. Status information, planning data and movements can be viewed centrally and accessed on a role-based basis – regardless of location and in real time.
Thanks to the open, modular structure of Nuclos, Rhenus was able to precisely map even demanding requirements such as traceability, release workflows and parts list management without the need for lengthy individual development.
The result:
We were initially skeptical about an open source system. However, advantages such as the clear user interface, a high level of user-friendliness and the flexibility of the software very quickly convinced both the management and our colleagues in the office. In addition, the experts at Novabit immediately understood our requirements and provided us with optimum support during implementation.
