With Nuclos, Schlüter Baumaschinen GmbH has developed a flexible quotation and project tool that maps the entire sales process. Construction machinery can be configured individually according to customer requirements, whereby technical and business processes are closely interlinked. The system prevents incorrect product combinations thanks to stored configuration rules and thus enables tailor-made offers.
Thanks to Nuclos’ open architecture, Schlüter was able to quickly adapt the solution to its own processes and easily expand it as required. Since 2012, more than 15,000 individual quotes have been created with just 20 employees. The costs for software licenses are completely eliminated, which significantly reduces the total cost of ownership. In the future, Schlüter plans to offer customers online self-configuration via the website – also implemented with Nuclos.

With Nuclos, we were able to get our new software tool up and running efficiently and individually. When we reached our limits with our own know-how, the experts from Novabit supported us quickly, competently and reliably. Thanks to Nuclos, we can now make the entire process of preparing quotations more continuous, uniform, secure and transparent. Since introducing the solution in 2012, we have generated more than 15,000 individual customer quotations with just 20 employees. We also save a considerable amount of money by eliminating license fees.
