Previously, a proprietary, rigid ERP system was used to map the core processes, but over the years a proliferation of additional programs (CRM, DMS) and manually managed office lists had developed alongside it. In Nuclos, we have found an ideal, integrated solution so that we are no longer dependent on a rigid software product.
In recent years, we have invested a lot of money in standard software that was never able to properly map our processes. The necessary customization was then expensive or not desired by the manufacturers. Updates and compatibility with third-party systems were always a major problem. With Nuclos, we can even implement changes ourselves and without a service provider.
With Nuclos, we save an enormous amount of time by automating processes that we previously had to do manually. And our customers benefit from a high level of process transparency: with the Nuclos iPhone client, we can now answer queries regarding the production status of certain orders quickly and from anywhere.
