Low-code tools

Efficiently network business processesSimple & limitless customizability

Whether standard integration or a complex process chain – Nuclos offers you the technical basis for building reliable, secure and future-proof integrations.

At its core, Nuclos ERP is a low-code platform on which modules can be developed and modified with minimal programming effort. This reduces development times, lowers costs and supports the future-proofing of the system. The platform is designed to be user-friendly so that even beginners can create workable modules without in-depth programming knowledge. Forms, business logic or complete processes can be modeled using drag-and-drop. On this basis, companies can quickly develop prototypes and immediately test ideas that can later be expanded or scaled step by step. Basically, the tools can be divided into two areas of application: functional automation and graphical representation for users.

Functional tools

The functional tools form the logical and procedural basis of the system. They enable the definition of business objects, processes and automation logic so that business processes can be mapped precisely, stably and completely digitally.

Business objects

Business objects are the structural core elements of a company and describe central entities such as customers, orders or products. They define which information is managed in the system and form the basis of all processes and automation.

Status models

Status models map the complete life cycles of business objects and control their process-related development. They make it possible to freely design each process, clearly define statuses and map complex process logic in a structured manner.

Rules

Rules automate individual steps within a process and ensure consistent workflows without manual intervention. You can perform calculations, enrich data or send notifications using the Nuclos API.

Work steps

Work steps control the targeted conversion of business objects, for example when creating delivery bills or invoices from an order. They map binding transitions and ensure that processes are turned into concrete results.

Workflows

Workflows coordinate the interaction between processes and users by automatically providing relevant business objects to the relevant roles. They support task management, authorization checks and transparent collaboration.

Jobs

Jobs trigger rules on a time-controlled basis and therefore enable the fully automatic execution of recurring tasks. They are particularly essential for integrations such as web stores or accounting systems, as they keep external data synchronized.

Graphic tools

The graphical tools support the visual preparation and presentation of information. They ensure that users can view, evaluate and edit data clearly – always adapted to roles, requirements and processes.

Dashboards

Dashboards clearly summarize all important information for users and enable the quick recording of key figures or activities. They can be designed centrally, departmentally or individually and expanded flexibly.

Mask layouts

Mask layouts define the visual representation of business objects and automatically adapt to roles, authorizations or process steps. They ensure that users only ever see the information that is relevant to their tasks.

Planning boards

Planning boards graphically display resources such as people, machines or vehicles over time and enable precise capacity and deployment planning. They support operational processes and make bottlenecks visible at an early stage.

Printouts

Print outputs generate standardized documents such as invoices, delivery bills or reports directly from business objects. They are used for structured exchange with external partners and form a reliable basis for formal communication.

Diagrams

Diagrams visualize complex data relationships and make patterns, trends or dependencies easily recognizable. They support analytical evaluations and help to make well-founded data-based decisions.

Reports

Reports provide structured, printable evaluations, for example for statistical analyses or aggregated overviews. They are less frequently required in modern systems, but remain a valuable tool for formalized documentation.

What our customers say

The introduction of Nuclos was characterized by an agile development process: Flexible adjustments were made in the event of deviations from the standard. Necessary further developments can also be easily implemented during ongoing operations. As a result, we now benefit from ERP software that fits our processes perfectly and is also affordable.

Jürgen Dehner, Secretary General, ARCD

Previously, a proprietary, rigid ERP system was used to map the core processes, but over the years a proliferation of additional programs (CRM, DMS) and manually managed office lists had developed alongside it. In Nuclos, we have found an ideal, integrated solution so that we are no longer dependent on a rigid software product.

Oliver Saam, Managing Director, heatsystems

With Nuclos, we were able to set up our new software tool efficiently and individually. When we reached our limits with our own know-how, the experts from Novabit supported us quickly, competently and reliably. Thanks to Nuclos, we can now make the entire quotation preparation process more continuous, uniform, secure and transparent.
