This Privacy Policy applies to the Nuclos app (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cApp\u201d). It explains what personal data is processed when you use the App. <\/p>

3. Purpose and Functionality of the App<\/strong><\/h2>

The app is a generic client for a Nuclos system. It connects exclusively to the server that you configure yourself. The app itself does not process your content data and does not transmit any data to the app provider. <\/p>

4. Data Stored on the Device<\/strong><\/h2>

To log in, the app stores the following data locally on your device: the configured server address(es) and\u2014if you enable this feature\u2014your login credentials for biometric authentication. This data remains on the device (in the operating system\u2019s secure keystore if biometrics is enabled) and is not transmitted to us. When you log out, the stored login credentials for the respective server are deleted. <\/p>

<\/p>

5. Communication with the Nuclos Server<\/strong><\/h2>

All content data (business objects, documents, reports, etc.) is exchanged exclusively between the app and the server you have selected (encrypted via HTTPS, provided the server supports this). The operator of the respective Nuclos server is responsible for processing this data. Please refer to that server\u2019s privacy policy for information regarding data processing there. <\/p>

<\/p>

6. No tracking, no ads<\/strong><\/h2>

The app does not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising services, and does not set any advertising cookies. No user profiling takes place. <\/p>

7. Subscriptions and Third-Party Providers (RevenueCat) <\/strong><\/h2>

The download of the app and any subscription, including a free trial period, are handled through the respective app store (e.g., Apple App Store). The store operator is solely responsible for processing purchase and billing data. <\/p>

To verify and manage subscription status, the app uses the RevenueCat service (RevenueCat, Inc.). In doing so, technically necessary information regarding purchase or subscription status (e.g., anonymous app user IDs, product IDs, purchase status) may be transmitted to RevenueCat. RevenueCat processes this data on its own responsibility as a data processor and in accordance with its privacy policy (https:\/\/www.revenuecat.com\/privacy<\/a>). We do not receive any personal payment data from RevenueCat, only anonymized or aggregated sales information. <\/p>

<\/p>

8. No user account with the app provider<\/strong><\/h2>

The app does not allow you to register an account with Novabit Informationssysteme GmbH. Your login credentials are associated with the Nuclos server you have selected; the creation and deletion of these credentials are the responsibility of the operator of that server (or its administrator). The subscription is linked to your App Store account and is independent of your Nuclos user account. <\/p>

9. Legal Basis<\/strong><\/h2>

To the extent that the app processes personal data, it does so to fulfill the user agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) and based on our legitimate interest in ensuring secure and functional operation (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).<\/p>

10. Your Rights<\/strong><\/h2>

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object (Art. 21). You may also file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. <\/p>

To delete your Nuclos user account, please contact the operator of the respective server. You can cancel your App Store subscription in the store’s subscription settings; login credentials stored locally on the device will be deleted when you log out. <\/p>
