ZWP Anlagenrevision GmbH, a subsidiary of TÜV Saarland, now manages its inspection projects entirely via an ERP system based on Nuclos. The solution digitally maps the entire project process – from scheduling and employee and vehicle deployment planning to the creation and archiving of inspection reports. All project-relevant information is centrally available and clearly assigned, which shortens throughput times and reduces sources of error.
With Nuclos, ZWP was able to precisely map its industry-specific processes – including individual test procedures, materials management and e-mail documentation. Customizations can be implemented without in-depth programming knowledge and the system is constantly being developed further. The combination of supported standard and independent configuration ensures a high degree of flexibility and makes a lasting contribution to quality and efficiency in testing operations.
Thanks to Nuclos’ open architecture, Schlüter was able to quickly adapt the solution to its own processes and easily expand it as required. Since 2012, more than 15,000 individual quotes have been created with just 20 employees. The costs for software licenses are completely eliminated, which significantly reduces the total cost of ownership. In the future, Schlüter plans to offer customers online self-configuration via the website – also implemented with Nuclos.
