ISD GmbH (Industrie Service für Datenverarbeitung), an IT service provider with around 150 employees, initially replaced its outdated proprietary ERP system with the flexible open source modular system Nuclos ERP. Following the successful implementation of core processes such as order management, invoicing and HR, ISD decided to expand the platform and implement an individual CRM solution for marketing and sales on the same basis.
